This page describes how to notify us of allegedly illegal content under the EU Digital Services Act and how to contact us for DSA purposes. It supplements the Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service.

Classification (summary)

• We store short-code ↔ destination URL mappings and serve redirects: hosting intermediary service for that mapping.
• Public redirects that make user-created links available to recipients are treated as likely an online platform for DSA purposes.
• We do not host the HTML or other content of destination websites; destination publishers remain responsible for that content.

How to submit a DSA notice (interim)

Until a structured web form is live on this page, email abuse@短.在线 with subject DSA notice and include:

1. Exact short URL / short code and destination URL (if known)
2. Description of the allegedly illegal content or activity
3. Legal ground (why it is illegal under applicable law)
4. Statement that the notice is accurate and submitted in good faith
5. Your name and electronic contact details
6. Any evidence (screenshots, timestamps with timezone)

We will acknowledge receipt and, where Art. 17 applies, provide a statement of reasons for restriction decisions.

Appeals / complaints

If we restricted your link or account and you believe the decision was wrong, email abuse@短.在线 as described in the AUP (§7). Where DSA complaint-handling rules apply, we will follow those timelines.

General abuse (non-DSA)

Phishing, malware, and other abuse reports that are not framed as DSA illegal-content notices may use the same mailbox without the DSA notice subject — see the AUP.

Art. 16 — structured notice form (field list for Eng / Design)

When the web form ships on this page (or via /report DSA path), collect at least:

Product UX: calm product trust tone; no scary public labels. Ack on submit. Public unavailable cards stay generic (D-030) — never show abuse categories on /s.

Interim: email abuse@短.在线 subject DSA notice with the same information.

Art. 17 — statement of reasons (template fields)

When we restrict a known creator’s link or account for illegality or Terms/AUP breach, and Art. 17 applies, the notice to the recipient should include:

1. Decision type (restrict / disable / remove / suspend account / other)
2. Facts and circumstances relied on
3. Whether automated means were used (and if human review followed)
4. Legal or contractual ground (DSA illegal content and/or Terms/AUP clause)
5. Redress: internal complaint / appeal path (abuse@短.在线 or in-product), Consumer Disputes Board where applicable, judicial remedies

Out of scope for public cards: destination /s unavailable states remain generic; reasons go to the known recipient via email/in-app only.
