`POST /v1/links` with exactly one of `url` or `longUrl`. Active responses include dual short URLs and the QR tracking URL.
Disabling links is not available.
POST /v1/links/{id}/enable turns a disabled link you own back on. Use an API key with links:update, or a session cookie. An OAuth access token is not accepted. Enabling a link that is already on succeeds and changes nothing. A link we restricted (abuse, an operator, or a DSA hold) stays off.
Link results include state, status_url and request_id. Error responses include request_id.
Active only: short_url, short_url_ascii, destination, qr_tracking_url
