The tool catalog is tools/list (public). resolve_short_url is public. Creating links needs a registered account (Bearer API key or OAuth). Accept terms in the browser. Never paste permanent secrets into chat.
Sign up at https://xn--s7y.xn--3ds443g/en/auth?mode=signup. Then connect MCP with OAuth (authorization code + PKCE S256, public client, no client secret). Accept terms in the browser. Never send email or password through MCP.
OAuth is authorization code with PKCE S256 for public clients (no client secret). Grants: authorization_code and refresh_token. POST /oauth/register, GET /oauth/authorize, approve in the browser, then POST /oauth/token. Discovery: /.well-known/oauth-authorization-server and /.well-known/oauth-protected-resource. The A2A Agent Card is /.well-known/agent-card.json. It is static discovery and is not an A2A message endpoint. Access tokens last 1 hour. A refresh returns the same refresh token, extends its expiry by 30 days from that refresh, and never past 365 days from the grant. POST /oauth/revoke revokes an access token or a refresh token. No implicit grant, client-credentials grant, device code, or introspection.
Issuable OAuth scopes: links:create, links:read, links:update, batches:create. links:disable and analytics:read are not issued. If no scope is requested, the token is granted links:read only. A token request may narrow that grant and cannot widen it.

Your data and connected apps
You can disconnect an assistant or app at any time in Settings › Connected apps on 短.在线. Its access ends straight away. Some assistants also let you disconnect 短.在线 in their own settings.
To get a copy of your data or to correct it, email privacy@短.在线.
You cannot delete a single short link yourself yet. To have a link removed, email privacy@短.在线.
To delete your account, go to Settings › Delete account. Privacy Policy §5 explains what happens to your links and other data, and for how long each item is kept.
